1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the provision of a fixed-price, rapid-deployment website package by the Provider caribbeanwebdesigners.com, to the Client (you). By proceeding with payment, the Client agrees to be bound by the T&Cs, which are designed to ensure the delivery of a professional website within a strict 15-business-day timeline.
2. Service Scope and Deliverables
- Fixed Scope Limit: The service is strictly limited to a maximum of five (5) distinct web pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, Process). Any additional pages or major features will be subject to a separate quotation.
- Design Philosophy: The website will be built using a high-conversion, professional layout optimized for mobile responsiveness. Custom, original branding or complex, unique UI/UX design features are excluded from this fixed scope.
- Content Management System (CMS): The final site will be easily editable for text and images by the Client.
3. The 15-Business-Day Timeline Protocol
- Timeline Commencement: The 15-business-day timeline officially commences only upon the Provider’s receipt of all final, written content and digital assets (including high-resolution logos, images, and text for all 5 pages) from the Client.
- Required Client Assets: The Client must submit all content in a single package (e.g., a shared drive folder) no later than Day 3 of the process. Content received after this deadline will result in a corresponding delay in the final delivery date.
- Revision Limit: The service includes one (1) mandatory round of minor revisions requested by the Client during the stipulated review window (Phase 3). These revisions must be consolidated and submitted at one time.
- Out-of-Scope Changes: Requests for major changes (e.g., altering the approved site map, demanding new functionality, or changing the core message after development has begun) will halt the timeline and require a signed Change Order Form with additional fees.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Total Fixed Price: The total cost for the defined service scope is 4,000 TTD. This price is fixed and is not negotiable once the project is underway.
- Payment Terms: The Client is required to pay 50% of the 4,000 TTD upfront. No work will commence until the down payment is received and cleared.
- No Refunds: Due to the rapid and highly structured nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced (i.e., after the Kick-off Call).
5. Intellectual Property and Hosting
- Ownership: Upon final launch and payment, the Client owns the intellectual property of all unique text and images provided by the Client. The underlying code structure and components remain the property of the Provider but are licensed perpetually to the Client for the operation of the website.
- Hosting and other fees: The fixed price does not include the cost of domain registration or ongoing web hosting and or other fees, such as purchasing and or annual renewals for, but not limited to, WordPress-Theme, advertisements, and so on. The Provider will assist with the connection to the Client’s chosen hosting provider during the Launch phase.
6. Disclaimer
The Provider makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the website’s future sales performance or search engine ranking, as these factors are subject to market conditions, advertising efforts, and external SEO variables outside the Provider’s control.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE FIXED SCOPE AND RAPID TIMELINE REQUIREMENTS.
