Days 3-10: Fieldwork & Analysis
Day 11: Draft Review & Queries
A draft report is shared for internal review, and we host a focused session to address any open queries or documentation needs. (Client Interaction 2)
We finalize all observations, incorporate findings, and complete the last quality control checks before report sign-off.
Days 12-14: Finalization & QC
Day 15: Final Delivery
The complete, signed audit report, including recommendations and management letters, is delivered digitally and on request, via hard copy. (Client Interaction 3)
